Who you buy from

What you get

The founding membership costs €49 for one year. This is the full price. There are no other costs.

You send us your dreams through a private form.
We read each dream and send you an interpretation by email. We use an AI tool to help write it.
You get up to 24 interpretations in your year, at most 2 a week.
After about eight dreams, you get a report on the details that return in your dreams. It is included.

An interpretation offers possibilities, not a verdict. It is not therapy or medical advice.

How long it lasts

Your membership starts when you pay and lasts one year. It ends by itself. It does not renew. Before it ends, we ask if you want another year.

Interpretations you do not use in your year end with it. You can end your membership early; see Refunds.

Starting right away

When you buy, you ask us to start right away, before your 14-day withdrawal period ends. You keep your right to withdraw. If you withdraw, you pay at most for the interpretations we already sent.

Refunds

Each interpretation is worth one twenty-fourth of the price (about €2.04). Each month is worth one twelfth (about €4.08).

Within 14 days, fewer than 2 interpretations sent: you get the full €49 back. This goes beyond the law.
Within 14 days, 2 or more interpretations sent: you get the price back, less one twenty-fourth for each interpretation we sent. For example, after three interpretations you get €42.88 back.
After 14 days: you can end your membership at any time. We keep one twenty-fourth for each interpretation we sent or one twelfth for each month that has started, whichever comes to more. We refund the rest. Once you have had all 24 interpretations, nothing is left to refund.
If we stop the service early: we refund one twelfth for each full month left, whatever you used.

None of this limits your right of withdrawal or your other rights under the law.

How to withdraw, end or ask for a refund

Write to hello@psyke.online from the address you paid with. Say that you want to withdraw or end your membership. We confirm by email and pay you back with the payment method you used, within 14 days.

Your dreams stay yours

At any time, also after a refund or after your year ends, you can get a copy of your dreams and our interpretations, or ask us to delete them. See Privacy.

If you dispute a payment

If you ask your bank or card company to reverse a payment, we show them only the order, the dates and the number of interpretations we sent. We do not show them your dreams or our interpretations.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nikita Nikitin, hello@psyke.online) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Nikita Nikitin, hello@psyke.online) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistungen während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts hinsichtlich dieses Vertrags unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.
